Summer Business Meeting & Field Day
THIS IS FREE & OPEN TO ALL GREEN INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS
MLNA Welcomes Members & Guests

Many events are planned throughout the day:

  • A presentation on the replanting of Greensburg, KS by Tim McDonnell, Community Forest Coordinator with Kansas Forest Service.
  • Springfield's Friends of the Garden will be giving guided tours of the park as well as the future site of Springfield/Greene County Botanical Center.
  • We will have areas for sponsors and vendors to display their products and services to our members and guests. 
  • We will also be co hosting a 9 hole golf tournament across the street at Horton Smith Golf Course from 7-9 that morning. 
  • We will be offering our STAR Certification Testing and Review Workshop the day before the Field Day event at a nerby location. We have enrollment minimums and maximums so complete certification entrollment today so we know you are interested in certification testing.!

The MLNA is Testing for Modules 1 and 3 on June 24th the day before the Annual Field Day Event.

Testing will take place at the Library Station located at 2535 North Kansas Expressway

in Springfield, Missouri from 1:00p.m. to 4:00p.m.

2009 Turfgrass & Ornamental Field Day - Columbia, Missouri
Sponsored by Missouri Turfgrass & Ornamental Council
University Of Missouri Extension

This year's Turfgrass & Ornamental Field Day will be held on July 14, 2009 at the Turf Research Center of South Farms, located at 3600 East New haven Road, one-quarter mile east of the AC/Grindstone exit off highway 63 in southeast Columbia.  The Field Day will feature a full day of educational opportunities with morning tour groups, extended afternoon workshops and exhibitor demonstrations.  For directions to South Farms, visit http://aes.missouri.edu/sfarms.

Registration and Fees:
$35 Full Day for MoTOC Members
$50 Full Day for non-MoTOC Members
