GREENHOUSE MANAGEMENT OPPORTUNITIES

White's Greenhouses in beautiful Godfrey, IL., a progressive 30 year business in the St. Louis area, is in the process of building a new management team to take our business to a new level of quality and expertise.

Positions available are:

Head Grower – Qualifications to include well rounded knowledge of producing quality crops of seasonal blooming plants, spring bedding plants and year round pot plant production.

Production Manager – Qualifications include ability to schedule crops and work intimately with grower.

Maintenance Manager – Qualifications include well rounded knowledge and detail orientation of motors, building maintenance, truck maintenance, etc.

Management trainees – We are looking for well rounded young thinking people who are eager to learn and progress through the ranks to "grow" with a quality business.

All applicants need to be hard work oriented, be willing to work overtime in the spring and to be hands on managers.

Salaries will be commensurate with experience. Benefits include vacation, Profit sharing Plan, 401k, Health and Life insurance.
